"No Enrollments Yet" Message
You can log in but don't see your cohort

Possible causes:

  • Your enrollment is still being processed (usually takes 5-10 minutes after payment)
  • You haven't completed your payment yet
  • Your payment was declined or cancelled
  • You're logged in with a different email than the one you used to enroll

What to do:

  1. Check your email for a welcome message from Anointed for AI
  2. Verify you're using the same email address you enrolled with
  3. Try logging out and logging back in
  4. If the issue persists, contact support (see below)
Login Redirects to Homepage
After logging in, you're sent back to the home page

This issue has been fixed! If you're still experiencing it:

  • Clear your browser cookies and cache
  • Try using an incognito/private browsing window
  • Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
  • Make sure you're clicking "Login" and not "Enroll Now"
Didn't Receive Welcome Email
You enrolled but never got a confirmation email

Check these places:

  • Your spam/junk folder
  • Promotions tab (if using Gmail)
  • Social tab (if using Gmail)
  • Make sure the email address you used is correct

You're not sure which email address you enrolled with

Try logging in with each email address you commonly use. If none work:

  • Check your email receipts from Stripe (search for "Anointed for AI")
  • Look for any emails from anointedforai.com
  • Contact support with your name and payment details
